  • When I sign up for Tribe in the free trial, will I get charged? / How does it work when I decide not to continue the membership after the free trial? / Can I get a refund after I’m charged after my free trial?

    You will not be charged during the free trial period. The payment for your membership will automatically be processed right after the trial has ended. If you want to cancel your subscription before the free trial period is over, simply log into your account and go to the "Billing" tab here: https://programs.the-christ.net/account/billing

    Please note that all payments made are non-refundable.

  • How do I cancel my Tribe membership?

    You can cancel or pause your Tribe of Christ membership by logging into your personal account via the-christ.net and updating your membership info in the "Billing" tab there: https://programs.the-christ.net/account/billing

    Please note that payments already made towards a Tribe of Christ membership are non-refundable.
  • Is there a fee to join the Tribe of Christ Community?

    Yes, you can join the Tribe of Christ Community via a monthly subscription fee of $14.99 USD/month or a yearly subscription fee of $140 USD/year. The membership includes a 10-day free trial period which allows you to explore the community. After the free trial, your subscription will go into effect right away.

  • Where can I access/update my Tribe of Christ membership? (e.g. billing and subscription details, renewals)

    You can find and update your Tribe of Christ subscription information, including billing details and renewals in the "Billing" tab of your personal account: https://programs.the-christ.net/account/billing

    Please login to your account to find the renewal date and to make any changes.

    To edit information in your profile, such as your name, picture, timezone, or site language, please log in to your account here: https://programs.the-christ.net/account and save your updates. Here, you can also change your password by clicking on the password item in the sidebar, filling out the fields, and clicking the “Update” button.

  • Can I contact someone about my Tribe of Christ membership information or receive tech support?

    Due to the many emails we receive, we kindly ask you to review this FAQ page or direct your questions to our Support Bot. Any questions that our Support Bot cannot answer will reach us and we can respond accordingly.

Tribe of Christ Events and Notifications

  • Where can I find the weekly Tribe online events and Zoom links to join from my computer or from the app?

    To join our weekly Tribe of Christ online events, please sign in to the community and then go to the "Events” section inside of Tribe in the left-hand menu bar. There, you will find all upcoming events and the "Event link” to join. Visit this page for a short video that shows you how to take these steps.

    If you are using the Thinkific app, please go to the “Events and Replays” space to find the most recent (pinned) post with an overview of all our Tribe of Christ events that week, plus the event links to join.

    To be notified on Tribe events on your mobile device, we recommend downloading our LCM App where you will receive push notifications for our Tribe events.   • Where can I find the replays of Tribe of Christ events?

    Most of our Tribe of Christ online events have replays available. We highly recommend joining the events live as much as possible to receive the most out of the interaction! If you are not able to make it, then you can look for the event replays in the “Events & Replays” space inside the Tribe community.

  • How do I find/access or change my notification settings in Tribe of Christ?

    You can find/access all of your community notifications inside the community, once you are logged in, via the bell icon 🔔 visible next to your profile picture; a red dot will appear to announce new notifications.

    All Tribe online events are announced in our weekly Tribe “Mashup” newsletter which you receive automatically once you are signed up to Tribe. To receive additional email notifications about events, click the “Interested” button in the event page to be notified with a reminder email 24hrs prior to the event.

  • How can I view or convert the start times of Tribe events in/to my time zone?

    All events have the start times listed on the event pages. The start time displayed automatically is based on your local time zone as you have set up in your Profile which you can edit here: https://programs.the-christ.net/account

Online Programs & Courses

  • I can't access my online course (e.g. "Unwind Your Mind 30 Day Experience"), how do I find it?

    Sign in to your the-Christ.net account and go to "My Dashboard." Here you will see all courses and communities that you are currently enrolled in.

  • Can I still access the online retreat packages/courses after I complete them?

    Yes, once you are signed up you will receive "return access" to the online course/retreat package. This applies to all of our courses that have "Return Access" included on the sign up page.

  • Do you have any free online courses?

    Yes, you can learn how to practically apply the mystical teachings of Jesus with our FREE Jesus: A Gospel of Love mini-course here. We also have a collection of FREE 3-Part video series that you can find here.

Account & Technical Support

  • What should I do if I'm unable to sign into my Tribe of Christ account or access the programs?

    If you are having trouble signing into your Tribe of Christ account or accessing programs, please follow these steps:

    1. First, please check that you are signing in with your correct email address. You may have signed up with a different address (i.e. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo). You can check your email inbox(es) for your account welcome email from when you first signed in.
    2. Then, sign in on the following page and enter your email and password: https://programs.the-christ.net/users/sign_in.
    3. If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot password” link on that page. You will then receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.
  • How can I edit the information/password/email in my Tribe of Christ profile or the-Christ.net account?

    You can edit the information in your profile such as your name, picture, timezone, or site language by going to this link, https://programs.the-christ.net/account, changing the information in the relevant fields and clicking the “Save Changes” button.
